Free Zoom Workshop: Pelvic Floor Strength Training!

It’s hidden away in a private area of the body, and it’s often neglected. But the pelvic floor actually forms the base of our core, and it is key to our quality of life!
Join me for a 1-hour workshop where we’ll learn and practice simple pelvic floor strength training techniques that are easy to incorporate in your daily routine, and can help reverse or prevent problems like leaks, urgency, excessive frequency, tightness, and getting up more than once at night.
What to bring: Please have a squishy ball or cushion that you can squeeze between your thighs.
This online workshop is aimed at women of all ages, and it’s free with truly optional donations.
