“Fierce in the Forest” Outdoor Physical Activity, Music, Nature and Fun!

Please join me for a fun, free outdoor workout on Saturday mornings at 9 am in the wooded park behind Haycock Elementary School in Falls Church VA!

Time in nature, moving our bodies, with music and a friendly, supportive group — YES!!

If it’s your first time, please RSVP to patricia@fierceafter45.com and I’ll meet you in the parking lot at 8:50.

You don’t have to bring anything except layers for the weather and a water bottle. We invigorate the whole body with modifications for everyone’s level and creative activities like battling each other with foam noodles :), and I play fun world music and seasonal music, requests VERY welcome!

The activity is about an hour including warmup and stretching, and it’s a lovely group!

There is no cost for this workout; it is not an official activity, but just an informal fun gathering to keep everyone moving and enjoy time in nature together!
