Mindful Stretching and Laughter at Breathe Body&Mind Studio (Hybrid)

Please join me for a restorative hour of stretching … and laughter? Yes!
Research shows that gentle, intentional laughter, especially in a supportive group setting, is a powerful tool for stress relief and recovery.
You’ll enjoy delicious, relaxing stretches mainly lying down on the mat, using a yoga strap, along with mindful breathing and simple prompts for gentle laughter.
I’m a certified Laughter Yoga leader as well as a “Pure Stretch” instructor, and I’m looking forward to combining the two for a unique, refreshing and cleansing modality!
