Laughter Yoga on Zoom: Join, Laugh, Connect!

Don’t feel like laughing? I get it! But “laughing on purpose” with a friendly, supportive group on Zoom can help us feel better fast!

Join me and a bunch of wonderful women from the nationwide group Finding Female Friends >50 for a rejuvenating “mini-spa” experience and a break from everyday life. Family members and other women younger than 50 are also welcome in this session.

Laughter Yoga has no yoga poses and no jokes. Instead, we do simple activities, with a bit of gentle movement and deep breathing, to get ourselves “laughing for no reason.” We get loose and even a little silly, but always at your own comfort level (camera off is fine if you choose!).
