Free Laughter Yoga with WISE Connect! (In person)

WISE Connect is a new organization providing a huge range of free social events for adults 55+.

And they’ve invited me to lead Laughter Yoga — it’s going to be a lot of fun!

Come join us for a session of laughter yoga at the City of Fairfax Regional Library. Laughter yoga is exactly what it sounds like, and it is a blast! It’s a fun and unique group experience built around intentional laughter. No yoga poses, no flexibility required, no experience necessary. Think of it as the most wonderfully unusual exercise class you’ve ever taken. This session is completely accessible for everyone — all you have to do is show up ready to laugh. Turns out laughter is genuinely good for you and doing it together with a really great group of people makes it even better! We can’t wait to see you there!
