Laughter Yoga at Breathe Body&Mind Studio!

I’m honored to be invited to lead a special Laughter Yoga workshop at Breathe Body&Mind Studio in West Springfield, VA, and I hope this will be the start of more collaboration!
We’ll enjoy a 45-minute in-person session with joyful interaction, intentional laughter, deep breathing and lots of stress relief and connection.
You might feel that you don’t have much to laugh about these days, but research shows that even simulated laughter (“laughing on purpose”) with a friendly, supportive group, can trigger the same physiological benefits as geunine laughter:
Reduced stress and anxiety
Improved mood and energy levels
Boosted immunity
Enhanced relaxation and well-being.
Expect to do some gentle movement and deep breathing, to get ourselves “laughing for no reason”. Expect to get loose and a little silly, but always at your own comfort level.
