Creative Balance class series at Providence Rec Center in Falls Church

First class Tuesday, Jan. 7 at 12:30 pm (8-week series!).

If you’re local and available, please join me for this fun 8-week registered class at Providence Rec Center in Falls Church, VA!

In previous sessions, I’ve had both men and women, from their 40s through their 80s in this class. We all work together at our own level to improve balance with creative activities (many set to music) and simple practices to continue at home.

Official description:

This class will help participants regain and improve balance skills and move with more ease, agility, and confidence. With fun music, simple physical games, props and challenges, you’ll get social and have fun while addressing a wide range of factors involved in balance, from foot stability to core strength.

Registration starts Dec. 3 at the Fairfax County Park Authority website or its publication “Parktakes.”
