Laughter Yoga on Zoom!

On Friday. May 16, I hope you’ll join me for LAUGHTER YOGA on Zoom! To sign up, just email me for the Zoom link and reminders.
You might feel (understandably!) that you don’t have much to laugh about these days. But research shows, and participants regularly tell me, that by “laughing on purpose” with a friendly, supportive group, we can feel:
- Lighter and breathing more freely
- Less stressed and ready to face whatever is going on
- More positive and connected to others
- Relaxed and energized at the same time!
Plus it’s just a lot of fun! We do simple activities, with a bit of gentle movement and deep breathing, to get ourselves “laughing for no reason.” We get loose and even a little silly, but always completely at your own comfort level (camera off is fine if you choose!).
