Please join me and Reiki Practitioner Elisa Kosarin for a very special event that will help relax, restore and center you, and balance your body, mind and spirit to face whatever life may be throwing at you.
Note that there are two dates available:
Saturday, Oct. 17 (full with waitlist)
Sunday, Oct. 25
Both from 11 am to 3 pm. The signup form here shows both dates.
This half-day in-person retreat will include deeply impactful:
- physical and mental release through guided stretching, breathing, sound and gentle movement
- space for reflection and meditation with self-compassion and intention
- astonishingly delicious healthy foods and snacks
- and heart-centered energy work, with a private mini-Reiki session for each participant!
It’s a restorative retreat in just half a day. You’ll come away refreshed, renewed and ready to support your own well-being, show up for others, and more fully express your deepest desires and purpose in the new season.
Location is in the City of Falls Church and will be provided to those registering. Note that there are stairs at the location.

You may cancel your registration for a full refund up to 3 days before the retreat. Cancellations made less than 3 days before the retreat are non-refundable, but you may transfer your registration to another person.
If we need to cancel the retreat, you will receive a full refund.
