Free Laughter Yoga at the Rising Phoenix Holistic Center

The Rising Phoenix Holistic Center in Manassas VA is celebrating Small Business Saturday with a fun event featuring holiday lights, drinks and goodies along with all sorts of great products and wellness activities to try.
PLUS free Laughter Yoga with me at 4 pm!
When: Saturday, Nov. 30, 11 am – 5 pm (my Laughter Yoga session will be at 4 pm until about 4:45)
Where: 9028 D Prince William St., Manassas VA 20110
Practitioners will be offering (for a small fee) readings, henna art, sound baths, essential oils, and much more! Also featuring local jewelry makers. Hope to see you there!
