Free “Creative Balance” Demo Class at Providence Rec Center Open House

Providence Rec Center in Falls Church is having a free public Open House on Thursday, May 22, from 4:30-7:30 pm, with demo classes and all sorts of other activities.

I’ll be demonstrating activities from my “Creative Balance” class and my new upcoming “Movement Connection” class, from 4:30 to 6 pm.

There is NO cost to attend this Open House and my demo activities. I hope to see you!

Balance is a multidimensional skill, and I’ll lead exercises to challenge and strengthen all aspects of it, with engaging music! And in Movement Connection, we work together on empowering physical challenges (at everyone’s own level), with conversation encouraged.
