Adult Play Day! Drop-In Workshop at Providence Rec Center, Falls Church VA

Recently there were gymnastics camps for kids at the county recreation center where I teach some classes and workshops.

Some people asked — Why do the kids get all the fun with the mats and equipment? Why indeed?

So the adults are taking over this Friday for a Play Day of our own! We’ll use the equipment any way we want, maybe create some obstacle courses and share some no-pressure games and challenges.

It’s great inspiration to move our bodies in different ways while having fun!

It’s a drop-in workshop, so no registration is required; you just need admission to Providence Rec Center. The workshop is upstairs in the large room at the end of the hall behind the registration desk. Hope to see you!
