Drop-In Workshop: Improving Posture!

Exercises & Stretches for Better Posture
I used to think that posture just goes downhill with age, and there’s nothing we can do about it. But I was so happy to learn I was wrong!
Posture is alignment of our bones and joints, and it gets tricky because our muscles and fascia (connective tissue) become tight from sitting and other habits.
In this 55-minute workshop, you’ll learn a set of simple but often-neglected stretches and exercises that can create noticeable improvements in posture over time!
Doing these for just minutes a day can help you stand taller, ease tension, help avoid pain and injury, and even look more confident!
Of course this workshop does not provide diagnoses or medical advice, just self-care measures you can use daily to improve posture.

Registration is not required; you just need to pay for entry into the rec center. Hope to see you!
