Relax and Release (Virtual): Delicious Face/Neck Self-Massage, and Lovingkindness Toward Ourselves and Our Bodies

Please jump in on Zoom and join other wonderful, caring, thoughtful people as we release physical, mental and emotional stress with a range of simple but powerful mind-body practices.
This month we will do some gentle self-massage for our faces and necks (it’s amazing how much tension we can release!), and then we will share a guided practice to turn lovingkindness toward ourselves, our bodies, and other beings.
Then we discuss and share the ideas and insights we are gaining — I love the honesty and unconditional support we experience in this group!
Each segment takes about 15 minutes, so it’s a 45-minute session, but feel free to come and go as you need to.
