Relax and Release: Virtual

Please join my monthly practice group on Zoom with other wonderful, caring, thoughtful people interested in self care. We release physical, mental and emotional stress with a range of simple but powerful mind-body practices.

We start with stretching and breathing, then do a short guided meditation together, and briefly discuss our experiences. Each segment takes about 15 minutes, so it’s a 45-minute session, but feel free to come and go as you need to.
