“Let Go and Grow”

Treat yourself to a break from ordinary life to relax, reflect, and reconnect with your body and what your heart truly desires for the coming year. During 2020 and 2021, we all learned new things about ourselves, adapted our daily practices, and found our priorities shifting. Let’s take some time to reflect and honor these changes and set new goals for our evolving selves.

All sessions also include a printable workbook with extra bonus activities and instructions for the mind-body activities so you can continue them on your own as regular self-care practices.

Cost: $65 for one workshop, or $50 each for multiple sessions. Gift certificates available!

Contact me if you are interested in this workshop for yourself, a friend or a group/organization. The workshop can be provided on Zoom, or hopefully we will be able to gather in person later in 2022, in Falls Church, Virginia.

I liked the balanced blend of writing and other activities, especially appreciating the way the writing exercises built on each other. You created a safe space for both talking and moving. In the future, I’d like to explore how to apply my own life lessons about change to current opportunities/struggles. Thank you both!
