In-Person Workshop with the American Association of University Women!

If you’re local, please join me for a fun, free workshop I’m presenting to the AAUW! I’ll be demonstrating creative, simple ways to support our bodies daily, our most important “retirement account”!
We’ll playfully practice simple moves that can improve strength, mobility, posture, balance and overall well-being, in a spirit of kindness and love for ourselves and our bodies. There will be music, laughter and good feelings!
