DESCRIPTION:Just turn on your screen and join me and a fun group of women on Labor Day at 11 Eastern time. \nWe’ll use great music and move our whole bodies in ways that leave us exhilarated\, glowing and feeling great! \nNo need to get down on the floor. \nWhat you’ll need: \n\nOne object like a light dumbbell or even a can of beans!\nA long resistance band or Theraband if you have one\, or you can use an old belt or similar to pull on\nAn area in your space where you can do push-ups against the wall or against a countertop\, windowsill or furniture that will not slide.\n\nSimply email me for the Zoom link and reminders\, hope to see you! \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAfter this we will continue with an affordable paid series\, but absolutely no pressure or obligation.
