DESCRIPTION:Join me for this fun\, free outdoor workout on Saturday mornings in the wooded park behind Haycock Elementary School in Falls Church VA! \nTime in nature\, moving our bodies (at our own leve)\, with music and a friendly\, supportive group — YES!! \nIf it’s your first time\, please RSVP to patricia@fierceafter45.com and I’ll meet you in the parking lot a few minutes early. \nYou don’t have to bring anything except a water bottle. We invigorate the whole body with modifications for everyone’s level and creative activities like battling each other with foam noodles :)\, and I play fun world music and seasonal music\, requests VERY welcome! \nThe activity is about an hour including warmup and stretching\, and it’s a lovely group! \nThere is no cost for this workout; this is an informal activity\, just for fun and to keep us all moving.
