DESCRIPTION:All year\, in the midst of a small forest\, we gather in our secret place\, a lovely clearing with benches amid the trees. As we feel the healing power of nature\, we activate the whole body to fun music (requests very welcome!) and move in beneficial ways that we may not do in daily life. We hardly know we’re “exercising” and we get an energy\, fitness\, music\, nature and friendship boost for the whole weekend!\n\nThis is an informal activity\, just for fun and to keep us all moving. Please email me to join\, and RSVP so I know how many are coming\, thank you and hope to see you!\n\nThere’s a donation button here but it is NOT expected\, just if ever you feel inspired 🙂  Note that I don’t have an official permit for “business” in the park so this is just a free and fun activity as part of my mission to get people moving and connected!
