DESCRIPTION:Recently there were gymnastics camps for kids at the county recreation center where I teach some classes and workshops. \nSome people asked — Why do the kids get all the fun with the mats and equipment? Why indeed? \nSo the adults are taking over this Friday for a Play Day of our own! We’ll use the equipment any way we want\, maybe create some obstacle courses and share some no-pressure games and challenges. \nIt’s great inspiration to move our bodies in different ways while having fun! \nIt’s a drop-in workshop\, so no registration is required; you just need admission to Providence Rec Center. The workshop is upstairs in the large room at the end of the hall behind the registration desk. Hope to see you! \n  \n
