DESCRIPTION:Join me for this fun\, free outdoor workout on Saturday mornings at 9 am in the wooded park behind Haycock Elementary School in Falls Church VA! \nTime in nature\, moving our bodies (at our own leve)\, with music and a friendly\, supportive group — YES!! \nIf it’s your first time\, please RSVP to patricia@fierceafter45.com and I’ll meet you in the parking lot at 8:50. \nYou don’t have to bring anything except layers for the weather and a water bottle. We invigorate the whole body with modifications for everyone’s level and creative activities like battling each other with foam noodles :)\, and I play fun world music and seasonal music\, requests VERY welcome! \nThe activity is about an hour including warmup and stretching\, and it’s a lovely group! \nThere is no cost for this workout; this is an informal activity\, just for fun and to keep us all moving.
