DESCRIPTION:Please join my monthly practice group on Zoom with other wonderful\, caring\, thoughtful people interested in self care. We release physical\, mental and emotional stress with a range of simple but powerful mind-body practices.  \nWe start with stretching and breathing\, then do a short guided meditation together\, and briefly discuss our experiences.
